Bet List Selections and Previews
Saturday 11th July
Best Bet – Gawler R3#2 BURST AWAY $5.00 Centrebet x 3 units – 2nd
Saturday: BURST AWAY (rated n/a) rarely that I would tip an unraced 2 yr old but I have had a strong push for this youngster since late last yr when with a Brisbane stable (since moved to Adelaide months ago). He has looked very promising for some time, has been patiently brought along, trialed very impressively recently and the stable expect he’ll give this a real shark first up at double the expected price
Wednesday 8th July
Best Bet – Canterbury R4#9 SENSUALISM $2.80 Sportsbet x 3 units – 1st $2.80
Best Bet – Bendigo R6#13 DISTRAUGHT $3.80 Sportsbet x 3 units – dnp
Best Bet – Bendigo R8#2 HARADAFULL $3.70 Sportsbet x 3 units – dnp
Wednesday: SENSUALISM (rated 2.30) looks to finally get everything to suit here, drier track, major drop in grade (BM85 to 75) nice gate and Shinn takes the ride for Waller, maps with a lovely on speed run and is clearly the one to beat DISTRAUGHT (rated $3.00) looks a promising filly in the right race to win, still learning but from the inside gate maps with lovely run, 2nd up in what looks an average field she looks the one they have to beat HARADAFULL (rated $2.90) comes off a short freshen up and key stable change (now with the flying Ciaron Maher), lightly raced but looks on the up off slashing run first up when came from 11th to storm home and finish 2nd, steps out to 1500 on a bigger track and Oliver jumps on
Monday 6th July
Best Bet – Kembla Grange R3#5 AXANITE $5.00 Centrebet x 2 units – 1st $5.00
Monday: AXANITE (rated $3.00) comes out of form lines that have since provided numerous provincial and city winners, suited second up at 1200 in a race that looks to have plenty of early speed, maps with nice run behind the pace to then be saved up to have the final crack
Sunday 5th July
No selection for Sunday Racing, looks a very very ordinary offering across the day.
Saturday 4th July
Best Bet – Caulfield R2#6 PILLY’S WISH $2.80 Sportsbet x 3 units – 1st $3.10
Best Bet – Morphettville R6#5 CASHED $3.30 Sportsbet x 3 units – 2nd

Best Bet – Belmont R5#10 MR MANKINI $9.00 / $3.20 Sportsbet x 1 unit EW – 3rd $3.20
Saturday: PILLY’S WISH (rated $2.00) smart sectionals at its last two runs, rated stand out here, maps with lovely run and looks the best of the day CASHED (rated $2.40) two nice runs in Melbourne finishing just behind strong form lines, looks to be set for a kill here and drops significantly in grade ALLKNIGHT SAINT (rated $4.00) goes well fresh, wet and track and gets an open race with conditions to suit as the class runner, very well in this MR MANKINI (rated $4.20) lightly raced Kersley runner I have had black booked off first prep, has trialled nicely, gets in well with the claim in an open race, can give this a shake first up
Saturday Market Movers
These are the runners who have firmed 5% or more from last Wednesday’s opening markets through until today. This list can provide members with additional bets to consider, or offer key inclusions for any exotics, multi leg plays or quaddies. Price movement is defined by opening price market % to Saturday am price market %, and the then % shift in price; ie $10.00 opening price > $5.00 Saturday price = 10% of opening position to 20% of Saturday position = 10% move in price / market share.

Staking (and results keeping)
We list recommended stakes in Units so as to allow subscribers to tailor their betting outlay to suit their bank. Some may chose to bet $10 units, some $50 units, and so on.
For those who would prefer a more conservative approach, given the high % of placings achieved you might consider a 1 x 2 staking method, staking 1 unit the win and 2 units the place for all selections regardless of their market price. Your longer term returns will be less, but this approach will even out the run of win outs when they occur and assist in maintaining your long term betting bank.
Ian brown personally chooses to be Win only, and all record keeping is based on this approach.
1) BEST BETS are bet to the recommended unit stake, normally WIN bet or on occasions each way, as outlined beside each listed selection
2) MULTI LEG BETS when provided can be bet at any flexi % bet outlay to suit each individual subscriber, however as a guide for staking and % return multi leg bets are suggested with a $100 flexi % bet outlays.
Published prices are a guide (when available) to the best price we were able to obtain either in the hours prior (fixed price) to the race or in the trading on the race (best fluc or best tote). Current pre race market prices can be compared here
